If something happens and you think you may have a claim, submit your request online or call our partner broker, Hunters International at 1-877-604-3777, as soon as possible. We are here to help. Or, you can call the Insurer’s (Arch Insurance Canada) claims department directly to report your claim at 1-866-993-9978.


When submitting a claim, here’s what you can expect: After submitting your insurance claim through the above states process, you will be assigned an adjuster from the insurance carrier to investigate and process your claim. Your insurance adjuster’s role is to guide you through the claim process. As the claim process progresses, your adjuster may ask for more information about your claim and your business to assist them in getting your firm back up and running. If you need clarification or have any concerns, we can step in to help ensure the process goes smoothly. We are committed to helping you through the difficult time, and we’ll be there every step of the way.
